This blog will provide the structure for our professional discussions of two publications of the American Association of School Librarians: Empowering Learners and Standards for the 21-st Century Learner in Action. Both of these documents complement the Standards for the 21st Century Learner, in which the learning process becomes the focus of our instruction.
Our Department BlogPortal consists of two layers. This is the first layer. On this community homepage, library media specialists will find entries posted by their department colleagues as well as scheduled readings.
